2. Products & pricing

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, products, and availability at any time. Product images are indicative.

3. Orders & payment

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received through our payment gateway, Razorpay. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors; any amount charged will be refunded.

4. Shipping

We ship across India. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch; timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

5. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content, designs, kit materials, and the companion app are the property of Laarish and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Laarish is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the products or website. Kits are intended for use with adult supervision as indicated on the packaging.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
