2. Information we collect

When you place an order or sign in, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. When you sign in we use Google Sign-In, which shares your verified email and basic profile with us. Payment is processed by Razorpay — we do not see or store your card, UPI, or bank details.

3. How we use it

To process and deliver your order, send order confirmations and updates, provide customer support, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We may use anonymous, aggregated analytics (Firebase) to improve the website.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the service — Razorpay (payments), Google Firebase (authentication, hosting, analytics), our email provider (order emails), and our courier partners (delivery). We do not sell your personal data.

5. Children’s data

Our products are bought by adults for children. Accounts and purchases are made by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

6. Retention & your rights

We keep order records as long as needed for the service and as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@laarish.com.
