1. Returns window

We accept returns of unopened kits within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the kit must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging.

2. How to request a return

Email info@laarish.com with your order ID and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.

3. Damaged or defective items

If your kit arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

4. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

5. Non-returnable

Opened kits, consumable materials (such as soil and seeds), and digital companion-app access are non-returnable except where the item is defective.
